Our launch program will get you started with a critical mass of videos so your hiring managers understand what is expected and the process makes it easy. There will always be some who are reluctant, so their job postings will just display as a text job description as it currently does.

Hiring managers can record a 30 second video in 30 seconds. Since there is no app to download and nothing to configure, they can hit the Record button in the email and follow the prompts.

It is easy to update videos and since there is no monetary cost to creating the video, you won’t be wasting money on unusable videos. A new hiring manager simply records a clip and it overwrites the old hiring manager video.
